When will my booth allocation be confirmed?

Booth allocation will be confirmed only upon full payment received.

Can I request for a specific location for my booth?

Any requests regarding the location of the booth will be granted on a first-come, first served basis – subject to the Organiser’s discretion.

Are marketing collaterals included in the provision of exhibition booths?

All marketing collaterals (e.g. screens, buntings, posters, banners etc) are to be installed at the Sponsor’s own cost.

When am I required to make payment for my sponsorship fee?

Sponsorship fee must be paid in full within 15 business days of the receipt of the invoice.

Who is responsible for the additional charges incurred for the transaction of the sponsorship fee?

All bank charges and transfer fee are to be borne by the Sponsor.

What information do I need to include for foreign telegraphic transfer of the sponsorship fee?

The Invoice Number and Company Name must be clearly stated on the telegraphic transfer slip or payment advice

Can I cancel my sponsorship participation after I have submitted my payment?

Any cancellation by the Sponsor must be made with a written request to the Organiser. All payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in a mutually agreed-upon contract.

Can I pay using cryptocurrency?

Yes. We currently accept USDC on the Solana chain as a payment method.
